Volunteer Opportunity: Nonprofit Learning Center Support Are you passionate about supporting nonprofit leaders and helping create a welcoming learning environment? OneOC’s Nonprofit Learning Center is looking for a dedicated volunteer to assist with our professional development trainings. OneOC is the leading nonprofit of its kind in Orange County, whose mission is "To accelerate nonprofit success." OneOC is committed to developing deep and meaningful experiences for our nonprofits and companies as they serve their respective communities. Our clients benefit from an array of service solutions including volunteer services, organizational development, back-office support, and community engagement. Role Overview As a Training Session Support Volunteer, you’ll play an important role in ensuring OneOC's training sessions run smoothly and participants feel welcomed and engaged. Key Responsibilities • Be onsite 2–3 days per week to open and close training sessions • Greet and welcome participants as they arrive • Introduce the trainer and share brief housekeeping items (restrooms, breaks, etc.) • At the end of each session, encourage participants to complete the post-training survey via QR code • Thank the trainer and participants for their time and engagement Qualifications • Comfortable with public speaking in front of small groups • Friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor • Reliable and punctual • Interest in supporting nonprofit professionals and community learning Time Commitment • 2–3 mornings per week (approx. 3–4 hours each session) • Flexible scheduling depending on training calendar Benefits of Volunteering • Gain experience in event support and facilitation • Network with nonprofit leaders, trainers, and community members • Make a direct impact in strengthening the nonprofit sector in Orange County Location OneOC Training Center – Santa Ana, CA
