Help shape someone's career journey! As a Career Mentor, you'll provide guidance to job seekers, offering advice on career paths, interview strategies, and professional development. This role can be conducted in-person or virtually and is ideal for professionals who want to give back by sharing their expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Offer one-on-one career coaching and mentorship.
- Provide resume and interview feedback.
- Share industry insights and networking opportunities.
- Support job seekers in developing their confidence and career goals.
Ideal For: Professionals with experience in HR, recruitment, career coaching, or leadership roles who enjoy mentoring others.
Position can be remote, hybrid, or in person (LA, Orange County, San Diego). Times are flexible!
