Working Wardrobes has been helping clients from high-risk populations with Career Readiness services for the past 30 years! Unfortunately, in February 2020 we experienced a devastating fire that resulted in a total loss of our Administrative Offices as well as our Donation Center. This resulted in a total loss of all our paper documents. We have since rebuilt and are now in two beautiful new locations! With that, we are now looking to establish new practices to reorganize ourselves and set up systems that are more digital than paper. Our Finance Department is looking for a organizational guru who can assist with setting up best practices with filing, scanning and storing important documents.
Office Administrative experience preferred
Familarity with using a scanner/copy machine preferred but not recquired. we will train
Basic computer skills required
Safety Measures: Masks are required for all volunteers and staff. Temperature checks taken at entry. We offer an open work environment that allows for social distance.
Monday - Friday availability with a commitment of a couple of hours a week. Open availability 8:30am-4:30pm. Location in Santa Ana/Tustin.
