OD Membership Administrative Team Member
The Remote Organizational Development Services (ODS) Administrative Team Member typically possess some experience in the related field in which they serve. Major Responsibilities and Related Tasks: Under the supervision of the ODS Administrator, the Remote ODS Administrative Support Team Member will assist with following: Update OneOC’s Membership Contacts in Salesforce and MailChimp to reflect a current list of organizations & their staff. Send OneOC Members a Check-In Email(s) through SalesForce six months prior to their renewal to ensure they are utilizing their benefits! Add OneOC Members, current and new, to OneOC’s Member Support Network, Nonprofit Support Network, Nonprofit Learning Lab registry, etc. Organizing virtual files for the Organizational Development Services (ODS) department. Other duties as assigned. Shifts will be scheduled on Mondays and Wednesdays for 2-4 hours at the volunteer’s convenience. Individuals must be able to volunteer for at least one regularly scheduled shift per week over a three-month period. Skills Desired: Previous administrative experience and/or strong organizational skills. Nonprofit experience or willingness to learn and engage in the nonprofit sector. Microsoft Office skills, training provided. SalesForce Lightning, Mobilize and MailChimp experience desired, training provided.
