Post your volunteer opportunity today! We are here to connect you with volunteers of all types. Whether you have one-time projects or ongoing volunteer needs, you can advertise your volunteer opportunities to the thousands of volunteers who visit our website weekly.

Posting your volunteer opportunities in our searchable database is easy.  Simply attend a 30-minute webinar training, and afterwards you will be able to use our system to post opportunities, communicate with volunteers, mark volunteer attendance and track volunteer hours.

 


How to Participate:

  • Make sure you're eligible. OneOC works with 501c3 nonprofits, community-based agencies, schools, and government organizations based in Orange County.
  • Be an active member of OneOC. Not sure if your organization is a member? Need to reactivate your account and/or add a contact? Please contact us at info@OneOC.org.
  • Not a member of OneOC? Become a member by registering your organization as an Accelerate or Premium member. In the membership registration process, please check the box at the bottom of the online form that you are interested in "posting volunteer opportunities." We will review your application and contact you within one week to confirm your membership.
  • Lastly, register for the online training. The six modules in this online training will provide detailed step-by-step instructions and examples of the OneOC Volunteer Posting portal so you can become an expert in posting your organization’s volunteer projects on OneOC’s website.

Days of Service (DOS) are national volunteer days that unite individuals, families, service clubs, businesses, schools, and faith-based organizations in volunteerism throughout the year. Join us for one or more of our DOS events.

MLK Jr. Day of Service (January)

Community members can make their “day off” a “day on” by celebrating the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. through meaningful service. OneOC will partner with multiple local nonprofits including Orange County United Way, offering volunteer opportunities that address critical community issues.

Earth Day (April)

Earth Day is celebrated around the world, and OneOC observes it with volunteer projects that focus on preserving and beautifying Orange County’s environments. Take an active role in preserving natural habitats and making Orange County a cleaner and greener place to live in.

9/11 Day of Service & Remembrance (September)

In observance of the anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, volunteers participate in projects that support our troops, veterans, and disaster preparedness, culminating with signature events that provide a community transformation.

Season of Giving (November - December)

Join us to celebrate a new Season of Giving including live service projects, nonprofit wish lists and a downloadable directory (easy-to-use resource guide) of volunteer opportunities throughout Orange County during the holiday season.
