Community Event for School Readiness at Pretend City
We are hosting our School Readiness Fair on Saturday, March 23rd. Below is what we are looking for in terms of groups:
Group 1: 8 volunteers 7:30am-11:30am
Task: set up, roaming, breaking, parking assistance, misc.
Group 2: 8 volunteers 11:00-2:00pm
Task: roaming, breaking, parking assistance, setting up lunch, misc.
Group 3: 8 volunteers 8:30a-2:30p
Task: This group will be assigned to a specific screener or school vendor to assist in stamping passports, taking records, explaining things or whatever help the vendor may need.
