Meals on Wheels Driver
Volunteering for Meals on Wheels is a great way to make a meaningful contribution in just 1-2 hours, once a week or as little as once a month. We deliver meals Monday through Friday from 10:40 a.m. until 1pm.
By delivering meals to homebound seniors, you bring nutritious food and visit approximately eight to ten seniors, per route, in the Irvine community. Volunteer Drivers provide more than just nourishment; their daily visits offer friendly greetings and dependable, reassuring contact. It's a great volunteer opportunity for individuals, for as little as a 6 month commitment.
Volunteers must be age 21 or over, own a car, have valid driver's license and auto insurance, and pass a background check.
